Terms of Sale and Returns
1. General Conditions
These terms of sale and returns apply when purchasing goods from the Onepure online store www.onepure.ee.
The online store is operated by Onepure OÜ (registry code 17248493), address: Tagala tn 7, 13524, Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia, e-mail: info@onepure.ee, tel: +372 5665 9386.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed 24/7.
After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
If it is not possible to fulfill the order for any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros.
The company is not a VAT payer; therefore, no VAT is added to the prices in accordance with § 3 (4) of the Estonian Value Added Tax Act.
Payment is made securely via Montonio payment solution. All payment data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not disclosed to third parties.
4. Delivery of Goods
Ordered goods will be dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with logistics partners (Omniva, Smartpost, Venipak, DPD). Delivery method and cost are selected at checkout. The store has the right to deliver goods within 14 calendar days.
Upon receiving the goods, the customer is requested to ensure that the package is intact and undamaged.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
The customer has the right to return goods purchased from the online store within 14 days from receiving the goods.
To withdraw, a free-form notice must be sent to the e-mail address info@onepure.ee.
Return conditions:

the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged

return costs are covered by the customer, except when the product was defective or incorrect
Food supplement specifics:
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used packages of food supplements cannot be returned. If the product arrives defective or already opened, please do not use it and contact our customer service immediately at info@onepure.ee to arrange a return or replacement.
Refunds:
We will refund the payment within 14 days from receiving the customer’s withdrawal notice, but not before the goods have been returned to us.
6. Submitting Complaints
If the product is defective or does not match the order, the customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years from receiving the goods.
The complaint must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address info@onepure.ee, including proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
We will refund the payment within 14 days from receiving the customer’s withdrawal notice, but not before the goods have been returned to us.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
The online store is not responsible for delays in delivery if the delay is due to circumstances beyond the store’s control and could not have been foreseen (including natural disasters, strikes, emergencies, etc.).
8. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
